If you’ve setup your event to have activities you can give your attendees zero or full control over joining/withdrawing from any activities they wish as they complete their event registration.

On the “Activities” screen they can view all the Activities that the event creator has setup that are included in their ticket, package or sponsorship plan. They can also view how many pending seats are available for that activity.

They can then choose to “Join” an Activity.

The event creator also has the option to make Activities “Auto-Join” meaning the attendee is enrolled in the Activity automatically and do not need to join manually.

This way, EventMatches gives event creators full control on how they want their attendees to register for Activities.
