Transfer Multiple Tickets
Bulk Purchase Multiple Tickets and Transfer them Easily
If an attendee has purchased a Sponsorship package or bought multiple packages/tickets they will automatically be directed to transfer tickets purchased by inviting the attendees to the event.
Attendees need to enter the following information to transfer a ticket:
- Email – The email address of the person they wish to transfer the ticket to
- First name
- Last name
- Select attendee – Choose the attendee type applicable
- Click the ‘Send Invitation’ button
Once ‘Send Invitation’ is clicked all invitees will get an email with unique login information to login to their account and complete their profile.
Re-assign a Ticket to Another Attendee
Attendees also have the option to re-assign or transfer a ticket to someone else in case a person is not attending etc.
Attendees simply need to click the ‘trash’ icon for the person they wish to remove and the system will automatically update to show they have an extra ticket left to re-assign. They can then add another person they wish to transfer the ticket to.
