There may be times when the event creator needs to log-in as an attendee to investigate what is going on in a specific attendee account. For example, they may need to check if all the NAICS codes have been filled out for matchmaking and may be able to do certain actions on behalf of the attendee.

This can easily be done by searching for the attendee by name, email or company name and pulling up their profile. From here the event creator can view essential details on the attendee account such as tickets, packages or sponsorships bought and invitations sent and pending.

The event creator can also Check-in the attendee from this screen or Log-in as the attendee to see exactly what the attendee sees when the attendee logs into their profile and also have control on editing the attendee profile.
